если ты убрала наш штатный ховер утилс - то кто теперь управляет состоянием?

Как проверять
Действие: открыть Variants и Full Width, проверить варианты Primary, Secondary и Ghost во всех размерах; переключить light/dark, disabled, focused, leadingAddon и trailingAddon
Ожидаемый результат: кнопки корректно отображаются во всех вариантах и состояниях, аддоны не ломают компоновку, а в Full Width кнопки занимают всю доступную ширину
